  • Implementation and monitoring of the Balanced Scorecard and financial statements to generate improvement strategies and comply the defined objectives.

  • Weekly reports    OKRs, KPIs, BSC, P&L, OEE, Production reports  (efficiency, Down Times, PPMs, Available capacity, Capacity Used,   RCCP, MTTR, MTBF).     

  • Meetings of S & OP, Operations and monthly results with the management team 

  • Assuring that lean manufacturing tools and core tools are used in all processes in order to keep the continuous improvement.

  • Responsible of the SRM , ISCM, CRM

  • Reductions of preocess waste an costs using Lean Manufacturing tools

  • Implementation of the Operation efficiency systems  KanBan, SMED,TPM,Poka Yoke

  • Control an Production Planning (MPS,ERP,RCCP)

  • Risk Analysis Matrix of all the process of the SC

  • Staff Trainer of all the levels of the process of the Supply Chain

  • Customer Services and responsible of the OTD

  • P&L in the Supply Chain processes in order to keep the rentability
