Responsibilities performed
  • Responsible of continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing tools to reduce cost and waste of the  Supply and production operations processes.       5s, Andon, SMED, TPM, KPIs, KanBan, Jidoka, JIT, Takt Time, TOC, Gemba, Hoshing Kanry, KAIZEN, PDCA, Poka Yoke, Root Cause Analysis, 8Ds,TQM, DAFO, AMEF, SixSigma,

  • Strategic planning of production, supply, training and quality.

  • Quality Management System.(Management, assurance and control) in SCM

  • Definition, monitoring and strategies of key indicators of performance of all Supply Chain.

  • Implementation and monitoring of the Balanced Scorecard and financial statements to generate improvement strategies and comply the defined objectives.

  • Weekly reports    OKRs, KPIs, BSC, P&L, OEE, Production reports  (efficiency, Down Times, PPMs, Available capacity, Capacity Used,   RCCP).     

  • Meetings of S & OP, Operations and monthly results with the management team 

  • Assuring that lean manufacturing tools and core tools are used in all processes in order to keep the continuous improvement.   

  • Responsible of the SRM , ISCM, CRM

  • Reductions of preocess waste an costs using Lean Manufacturing tools

  • Implementation of the Operation efficiency systems  KanBan, SMED,TPM,Poka Yoke

  • Definition, control & improvement of the Supply Chain KPIs

  • Control an Production Planning (MPS,ERP,RCCP,)

  • Risk Analysis Matrix of all the process of the Supply Chain

  • Staff Trainer of all the levels of the process of the Supply Chain

  • Customer Services and responsible of the OTD

  • P&L in the Supply Chain processes in order to keep the rentability

  • Project Management of the new projects of customers and improvement of th chain

  • OEE Monitoring and improvement

  • Responsible of the process of the Chain

        -Purchasing (Selection, evaluation and development of suppliers)

       -Supply (Purchasing Planning, Capacity Resourses Planning, supplier OTD) 

       -Warehouses of  Raw Materials, Maintenance, Production Control, Finish Goods 

       -Inventories

       -Rought Cought Capacity Planning, Demand analysis, Demand Planning, Supply                          Planning

       -Stretegic Planning, Master Planning Scheduler, Production Planning, PAC

       -Invoicing

       -OTD

       -Customer Satisfation

       -Customer orders management
